On October 26, 2007, UP Manila celebrated its 30th campus anniversary or its 30th year of being an autonomous campus of the University of the Philippines System. The whole-day affair was highlighted by a thanksgiving mass, a program, and a UP Manila Alumni Association homecoming, and served as a pre-UP Centennial celebration.
